今日、朝の番組で紹介していたアウトドアボイラーに
非常に興味を惹かれました。
商品名はギリーケトルというらしいですが、
小枝や松ぼっくり、枯れ葉、紙など燃えるものがあれば
素早くお湯を沸かせるアウトドアグッズなんです。
近頃は震災グッズとしても人気が出てきているようです。
アウトドアと言えば..
最近ディスカバリーチャンネルのサバイバル番組
『MAN vs. WILD』にはまっています。

この方、グロイ虫から動植物etc. 栄養補給になんでも食べるんです。

どこでも生き抜く技を紹介しつつ、世界各地を冒険する番組です。
日本ではなかなか実用出来る機会はないですが..
とても勉強になります。

今回の地震はすごかったです。
会社ではグラグラで酔ってしまぃ..
帰宅難民＆今日も会社を休みました。
電力不足の為、冷蔵庫＆PCのみ電源をつけております。
窓からみると結構、窓明かりが..
昔は電気なんてなかったのに、
電気つかなかったり電車動かなかったりで不便に感じてしまぃますね。
でも、もったいないからこんな時くらい消しましょうっ！
なかなか、ムーディーで良いですよんっ
日ごろのありがたみも感じつつ・・
そんなわけで、
電力確保の為、PCもOFFして寝ることにします
明日は会社行けるかなー
地震被害を受けられた皆さまに、
被災された方のご無事と、1日も早い復旧を祈ります！

春になり薄着になってくると下腹ぽっこりが気になりますね
大人になると皆出てくるものでしょうか..
巻くだけ, 腸もみ, 腕組み, 骨盤ダイエットetc.
いろいろ気になるところですが、骨盤の調整は下腹ダイエットに
だいぶ重要＆肩こり, 疲れ, 冷え性etc. 体調も良くなるとか..
ヨガでも大変注目されているようです。
YouTubeで骨盤ストレッチを探していたら懐かしのコアリズムが..
腰をフリフリで骨盤にも良さ気ですっ
お金をかけなくてもオンラインでも情報てんこ盛りなので
楽しめる方法で下腹を凹ませたいものですね
